When will my order ship?

Your order will typically be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, though it may take longer to process on weekends and holidays.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into My Account and clicking Order History. You can also use the Order Tracking page on our website to check the status of your order.

Can I combine promotional offers?

No, only one promotional offer (code or auto-promotion) can be used per order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to the speed with which we process and ship orders, it is usually not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel an order you have just placed, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been processed, we offer a quick return and exchange service once you have received the item. If you forget to use a discount or promotional code on your order, we cannot apply it after the order has been placed, but you can use the discount on your next order.

If you would like to add an item to your current order, please place a new order with the additional item.

How do I pay?

What should I do if my size is not available?

If your size is out of stock, you can click "Email when available" to receive an email notification. We also list the restock date on the product page whenever possible. If you have further questions, please contact customer service and they will notify you when your size is available.

Having problems with the tracking number?

After receiving the tracking email, please wait 72 hours for the carrier to update. If the tracking number does not have logistics information after 72 hours, please contact [email protected] for further assistance.

What type of courier do you use to ship the goods?

We ship to anywhere outside the U.S. using multiple carriers: DHL, USPS, FedEX, EMS, etc. The carrier depends on the location of the delivery address and the type of shipping selected during checkout.

Shipping Costs

a. Standard shipping costs $6.95, free shipping for orders over $69 - delivers within 7-14 business days
b. Expedited shipping costs $10.95 - delivers within 3-5 business days

Expedited shipping is available most days, but may not be available during busy holiday seasons. If your package must be shipped by a specific carrier in order to be delivered, please email [email protected] before placing your order. We will do our best to make the change for you.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is called "Investment in Happiness." In short, if you don't like your gear, return it. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase through our site for a refund to the original form of payment. We think this should be enough time for you to experience your clothing, see if you like it, and then return it to us. Shipping costs to ship your order to you are non-refundable, please remember that for all international customers, standard shipping is free on orders over $69 and your package must be returned to us within 30 days. Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for returns. Please review our Return Policy for more information on returns.

When can I expect a refund for my return?

Your return refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of our warehouse receiving your return package. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable. If you have any questions about your refund or have not received your refund within 10 business days of delivery, please contact us at [email protected].

Fake ChicFuze Websites

Sometimes, scammers will create fake websites using our brand's imagery and products. These sites often advertise site-wide sales or offer items at deep discounts to trick you into buying and sharing your payment information. Look carefully at the URL to make sure it says ChicFuze.com, even if it looks similar to the site we visited previously.

While we are constantly monitoring and scanning the web for trademark infringement, it may take some time to shut down these sites through legal action. If you are deceived by one of these sites, you should immediately contact your credit card company to file a chargeback claim. Please report any fraudulent sellers directly to [email protected].

You can email [email protected]. Please include your order ID number in the email. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. All inquiries will be responded to within 48-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
