Returns
We will gladly exchange or refund you within 30 days of your purchase date, as long as the item and its packaging are in original condition, unused, unsoiled, unused, with original tags and packaging, and not in a resaleable condition.
* No refunds or exchanges are offered for free, promotional or final sale items.
We are not responsible for paying customs fees (import duties or taxes) for any returns. You will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning your order, including shipping costs.
We recommend that you return your order via a trackable shipping method or require proof of postage receipt as we are unable to refund/exchange returns for lost items.
Orders sent back to our warehouse after the exchange or refund period will be returned to you and you will be responsible for any charges for this product.
Please note: Any items purchased as part of our “Last Chance” range are not returnable as they are no longer in production and are therefore sold at a special price.
How do I request an exchange or refund?
Please make a return request to our customer service team before returning your order. Your order will only be returned if your request is approved. ChicFuze does not accept unauthorized returns. Please include your full name and order number in your return package (products without name and order number will not be processed).
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
Products must be returned with original packaging, tags, and in resalable condition. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for return.
Bundles/Multi-packs: Bundles must be returned as complete units, including all individual items included in the bundle, tags, and original packaging. Returns may be refused if any individual item is missing or damaged.
You are responsible for securely packaging bundled products to prevent any damage during return shipping. If the product is not in its original condition when it is returned, we may refuse to accept or partially refund to cover the cost of damage.
If individual items in a bundle are defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, but you must provide proof of damage to [email protected] and return all products in the bundle to the address provided by our customer service team.
Damaged Returns: Any returned items that are worn or damaged, and have not been previously disclosed to our Customer Support team, will be rejected, voided, and no refund will be processed for you.

Refund Policy
Once an order has been processed at our warehouse, eligible items can be returned for a refund to your original payment method. For the best return experience, we recommend that you return your order via a tracked shipping method.
Refunds for eligible return items will be processed within 5-10 business days of the return being received by our warehouse. All returned products must retain their original tags and must not be worn or washed. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your bank statement.
If your order was shipped free of charge and you decide to return all or part of your order for a refund, the actual shipping costs we incurred to send the order will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our shipping costs. The purpose of this is to spread out unnecessary shipping costs and enable us to continue to offer the lowest possible prices.
If you paid for courier charges when ordering, we will not include this fee in the refund amount, so you will only receive a refund for the merchandise. This allows us to continue to offer our customers the best shipping rates.
Please note that we can only process returns for items purchased directly from our website, ChicFuze.com. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order ship date. For items purchased elsewhere online or in-store, please contact the retailer you purchased from and they should be happy to assist you with your return or exchange.
Any fees and duties incurred on returns are your responsibility. Please ensure that you complete all customs forms correctly and mark your order as a return on the customs form, which will avoid the majority of duties incurred when the item is re-entered.
WARNING: International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $20 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Out of Stock
In the unlikely event that the product you ordered is out of stock, we will work with you to replace it with a product of equal value. If a replacement cannot be found, we can refund you for that product and ship the rest of your order.
Additional Costs
Please note that we are not responsible for paying customs fees (import duties or taxes) on any returns. This includes returns to our aftermarket warehouse from any country. You will be responsible for all costs (including import duties or taxes) and shipping costs of returning your order. We recommend that you return your order via tracked shipping or request proof of postage receipt, ChicFuze cannot be held responsible for lost returned items.
Defective Items
In the unlikely event that the item you received is defective, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. Please include the following information:
1. Your order number
2. Which item was damaged
3. Description of the problem
4. Photographic evidence
Please do not return any damaged items unless advised by a member of our Customer Support team, as this may result in a longer resolution time. Failure to report a defective item prior to return will result in the return being refused, the return being deemed void, and the product being destroyed as it cannot be resold.
