Points Reward Program
1. Points Acquisition Methods
Users can accumulate points on this website in the following ways:
Shopping Rewards: 10 point for every $1 spent.
First Shopping Rewards: 200 points as a welcome reward for the first purchase.
Promotion Rewards: Extra points can be obtained by participating in promotions held regularly on this website. Please refer to the event page for specific rewards.
Birthday Rewards: 100 points can be obtained as a birthday gift for shopping during the user’s birthday month.
Review Rewards: When users review the purchased products, they can get 20 points for each valid review.
2. Points Usage Rules
Each 1 point = $0.01, and users can use points to deduct the order amount.
Points can only be used to purchase goods and cannot be used to pay for additional charges such as shipping and taxes.
Up to 80% of the points in the account can be used to deduct the amount for each order.
Points cannot be transferred, given, exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable.
3. Points validity period
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of acquisition. Points that are not used after the validity period will automatically expire.
4. Points refund
If the user refunds the purchased goods or cancels the order, the used points will be returned to the user’s account according to the refund amount.
If a partial refund occurs, the returned points will be adjusted according to the actual refund amount.
5. Special rewards and value-added services
VIP user rewards: For users who reach a certain amount of consumption, they will become VIP users of this website. VIP users can enjoy double points rewards, that is, 20 points for every $1 spent.
Holiday specials: During certain holidays (such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), the website will provide users with double points activities, and users can get double points rewards when purchasing goods.

Points Expiry

5. Points Refund
In case of an order refund or cancellation, the points used for the order will be returned to the user’s account based on the refund amount.
After a refund, the points balance will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the actual refund amount.
6. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
The website reserves the right to limit, suspend, or revoke a user’s points usage rights in case of misuse or fraudulent activity.
